Strong Fathers, Strong Families
The Dads’ Program is designed to give one-on-one support to help achieve personal, professional, and parenting goals. The mission of this program is to empower young dads to be the best version of themselves and build strong connections with their families. The Dads’ Program Coordinator will work with your schedule to meet with you in-person or virtually. We are here to support you throughout your journey in early parenthood!
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
- Currently parenting or expecting a child
- Under the age of 25
- Living in DuPage County, IL
Teen Parent Connection services are always free of charge and voluntary.*PLEASE NOTE* Teen Parent Connection only provides services in DuPage County, Illinois and surrounding areas; at this time we cannot provide resources out of state or service area.
